i don’t eat before working out because i easily feel bloated and heavy. obviously, one downside is getting drained just halfway into the session. i’m happy to have found the perfect remedy: @Enature! this made me go three hours without feeling faint, and not a second on the court was wasted with the energy buzzing through me. kulang ang half-court sa gustong iligalig ng katawan ko during this, promise. 🤪
